Excellent experience with Nouvojour. Responsiveness beyond all expectations. I changed my mind before sending my package and the manager accepted an item exchange upon my request via email on a weekend. Thank you to the team. Trustworthy site, you can order with your eyes closed.

I didn't know this site. I ordered for the very attractive prices offered and the values conveyed: eco-friendly / made in France. I checked the existence of the business beforehand by calling the indicated number. The shipment was extremely fast in a very solid and careful packaging. I will continue to use this site to complete my set of Cristel pans and pots. I am delighted

I ordered a 1L oko bottle with a replacement filter, which arrived within 48 hours as expected. The product meets my expectations but I find it still a bit too rigid and the water flow is not sufficient which generates small splashes that struggle to quench my thirst on a daily basis. I have to squeeze the bottle with both hands to get a medium stream of water.
