I didn't know this company that offered the product I was looking for at a very advantageous price online. Naturally suspicious, I did some research online, reviews, address verification and then I called. I spoke to Mathieu on the phone who informed me very well and satisfactorily answered all my questions. I then bought the product, a non-stick Cristel frying pan that I bought on Monday or Tuesday, I don't remember, and I received it on Thursday with a recipe booklet directly from Cristel. I am therefore one hundred percent satisfied with this company Nouvojour (if not for the anecdote that Cristel, which took six months in 2020 to recondition my frying pan, did it this time in less than a week so I wouldn't have needed this purchase that I will ultimately give to my daughter) Thank you Nouvojour. I chose the free Colissimo shipping and the tracking was perfect: information, precision of the day, information on the delivery time slot and delivery well within this time slot.

Extremely disappointed with my order. I 'thought' I bought two pure pachamama shampoos with the old formula (as the photo indicated) and I ended up with two shampoos of the new formula. The photo being misleading at the time of purchase, I find it unprofessional.

Unfortunately, we were not informed by the brand about the formulation changes on certain product references. In the meantime, we realized the composition change and updated the product sheets and visuals accordingly.
