Very good experience. Customer service is really responsive, human, and professional, which is becoming rare today. You can feel that there is a real willingness to help customers and not just to 'sell'.

I was surprised to find the device five times cheaper online but it was a ghost company (probably made in China) because they promised PayPal coverage without the official payment tab! I preferred to pay the price and be assured of the transaction by trusting you.
