Fast shipping, top communication. Chronopost: too bad! No tracking, the package took 3 days to cover 36 km and it had to be dropped off at a different pickup point than the one I had chosen. Result: no choice of the new pickup point and a delivery 20 minutes by car from my home. Too bad this bad experience spoils my positive opinion on Nouvojour.

I sent emails to customer service, but the responses were vague and I still don't have the answer regarding these filters dated 2011! They make an effort to respond and look for a solution but... Customer service attentive. It started off badly because there was a "mistake" during my first delivery (I wanted it at a relay point and I got a home delivery). I sent a message to request a change for the next package and I was listened to. I removed an additional star for the delivery in 2 parts. It's not very eco-friendly...
