Extremely disappointed with my order. I 'thought' I bought two pure pachamama shampoos with the old formula (as the photo indicated) and I ended up with two shampoos of the new formula. The photo being misleading at the time of purchase, I find it unprofessional.

This kind of problem is very easy to resolve by contacting us directly ;) We have indeed received the new version of the Pachamama shampoos which has revamped its graphic identity and packaging. Unfortunately, we were not informed by the brand about the formulation changes on certain product references. In the meantime, we realized the composition change and updated the product sheets and visuals accordingly. Regarding your order, we will simply take back the products (at our expense) and fully refund you. We will contact you directly to arrange the return and refund. It remains difficult to keep open and can only be comfortably used for individual and oral consumption! That is to say, it is not practical to use it as a pitcher for several guests. Too bad.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. If you use the filtering bottle to fill glasses of water (like a carafe), you can leave the pipette in the open position. On the other hand, switching the pipette from 'open' to 'closed' will be smoother as you use the bottle. The anti-leak system can indeed make the operation a bit tough during the very first uses but will loosen over time. Have a very nice day. Best regards.
