Response from nouvojour.fr
Hello Mr., First of all, thank you for your feedback which is valuable for us to improve the quality of our services. It seems indeed from our various exchanges that there was a misunderstanding regarding the delivery time of your order. The item you ordered was indicated with a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days, and we did deliver it in 6 working days. However, I completely understand that you were hoping for a faster delivery, as we deliver the vast majority of our orders in 1 to 3 days. I sincerely apologize if you were disappointed by this experience, we will make sure to improve our processes in similar cases in the future to avoid repeating this type of misunderstanding. We hope to see you again soon to make it up to you! I wish you a very nice day, Best regards, Mathieu, manager of Nouvojour.fr

Product arrived very quickly, I don't know it yet, it's the first time I'm testing it. The scents are very pleasant. The day cream too, I'm testing the rest.

First order placed on the site nouvojour. Fast shipping of my package by nouvojour but due to a delivery problem with colissimo I called nouvojour several times. Each time I called, the people I spoke to (Emilie, Mathieu) were friendly, professional, and concerned about the fate of my package. I thank them because few companies have such good customer service. Thank you, I will not hesitate to place another order

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for this unusually long delivery time. For your information, the ordered stainless steel bottle was being restocked at the time of your order, with delivery expected within 5 to 10 days. We hope this issue does not diminish your trust in us, and that we will see you again very soon. Mathieu, Nouvojour.fr

I ordered on NOUVOJOUR, a straw, a cap to go with it, ceramic beads, and a 700mL stainless steel water bottle with infuser. I received it very quickly, super well packaged, and even with a little personalized note inside. Shipping costs vary depending on what you buy. I also had the opportunity to be in contact with someone from the site via Instagram, and the person was super nice.
