Hello, I ordered on December 2 a set of 4 Cristel brand pans for Christmas and seeing nothing come 20 days later, I left a message on the site to find out where my order was. The response was very quick, someone called me the same day to arrange a delivery to have my pans under the tree. Bravo Novojour, I recommend.
