Hello, Very big disappointment following the purchase of this product. We bought 2 water bottles in anticipation of a trip to Guyana with immersion in the Amazon rainforest in autonomy for 10 days. The filtration rate of the bottles was very limited from the first uses and both bottles quickly became unusable. Our experience is therefore completely negative and fortunately we had other alternatives for water filtration or purification. This expensive material (over 50€ per bottle) does not seem to be at all reliable and we regret our purchase. Best regards.

Response from nouvojour.fr
Hello, First of all, I sincerely apologize for the problem encountered with your filtration bottles. I completely understand your disappointment. According to the description of the problem, it seems that the original filters are defective. Honestly, this problem is very rare, especially with 2 bottles at the same time. I therefore propose to exchange the filters under warranty to verify that this can resolve the flow issue encountered. Our customer service will contact you directly. I wish you a nice day, Best regards Mathieu, Customer Service Nouvojour
