Only downside: the delivery time announced on the site does not reflect reality (announced time 2 days, in reality 6 days). The package tracking needs to be improved: no information on the departure date of the package and nothing until it is picked up in France.

Fast shipping. I called an advisor for the package tracking and its reception by the Post Office and he was great and responsive. Everything perfect, a little less for the carrier

Rather good experience, product as described but the delivery was quite long I had to follow up with customer service to find out where my order was and it was delivered to my home and not to the relay point as I had chosen. Fortunately, I was at home. In short, nothing to say about the quality of the product and customer service but the logistics seems a bit chaotic
