The manual is not in French, fortunately I was able to reach a representative who sent me the translated manual but it was not explicit enough, fortunately he explained it to me well. That's the advantage of having a real person on the phone. However, it would be good to have the laboratory results to support the effectiveness of the carafe. Best regards.

I am completely satisfied with the company Nouveau Jour. Very good responsiveness, quick answers, and accommodating service from start to finish. The delivery also went very well. The only small downside concerns the website: the purchased product was not entirely in line with the presented photos. But despite this, the overall experience remains very positive.
