Hello, I didn't know there were several types of filters for certain categories of water treatment otherwise I would have taken the green one, best regards.

Response from nouvojour.fr
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry if you felt there was an abnormally long delay. For clarification, your order was placed on May 8 at 8:20 PM, a public holiday, and shipped on Monday, May 12 (due to the bridge). It was then delivered on Friday, May 16, which is 6 working days after your order, and 4 working days after it was handed over to the carrier. We understand that the wait may have seemed long, and we regret that the public holidays in May may have slightly impacted the delivery times. We remain at your disposal for any questions and thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The Nouvojour team.

The Evia carafe does the job, we tested it with and without, it's undeniable for tap water even taste-wise. No more charcoal, obsolete. The spout is a bit wide, could be optimized. The system to block unfiltered water in the upper part could also be optimized so that nothing spills when pouring. Otherwise, the package took its time to arrive. In short, I recommend!

Product conforms to the description, packaging perfect. The only negative point, therefore Nouvojour is not responsible, is the delivery by Mondial Relay to avoid because paying 5.00 euros to be delivered 3 weeks later is really excessive. So choose another delivery service than Mondial Relay.
