Customer reviews of nouvojour.fr

Hello Madam, First of all, I sincerely apologize for this bad experience that we will try to resolve. I will respond point by point: 1. Regarding the vegetable oil bottle whose pump is malfunctioning, we will send you a new pump to replace it. 2. Concerning the date on the bottle, it is a DDM (Minimum Durability Date). This mention is intended for food products that do not pose a health risk if consumed after the indicated date. Indeed, vegetable oils can be used as dietary supplements, which is why a DDM is necessarily indicated on the bottle. For cosmetic use, a vegetable oil whose DDM has been exceeded poses no risk. However, we understand your concerns on this subject and we should have checked the DDM before shipping the order and contacted you in advance to inform you and decide whether to maintain the order or not. For this reason, we offer to refund this item as a commercial gesture. 3. Regarding the odorless sweet almond oil, we contacted the manufacturing distillery which confirms that a vegetable oil extracted by first cold pressing has little or no smell, compared to hot refining which will release aromas but deteriorate the fatty acids and the overall quality of the oil. For safety reasons, could you please provide us with the lot number on the back of the bottle so we can verify it against the manufacturer's sample? Finally, please know that you can contact us directly if you have any problems with your order (by phone or email), our customer service is here to help you in such situations. I wish you a nice day, Best regards Mathieu, Nouvojour.fr
