Fast delivery but depending on the providers, so for two items with delivery requested via Mondial Relay in speed Queen locker, always reliable and perfect, only one was delivered via Locker and the other via La Poste in the mailbox. Everything was perfect but it's better to know this before ordering.

Response from nouvojour.fr
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry if you felt there was an abnormally long delay. For clarification, your order was placed on May 8 at 8:20 PM, a public holiday, and shipped on Monday, May 12 (due to the bridge). It was then delivered on Friday, May 16, which is 6 working days after your order, and 4 working days after it was handed over to the carrier. We understand that the wait may have seemed long, and we regret that the public holidays in May may have slightly impacted the delivery times. We remain at your disposal for any questions and thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The Nouvojour team.
