Ultra fast delivery. Regular emails to explain the status of the order (order sent in several parts because one item is on pre-order), without needing to ask for it: very appreciated.

Very happy with my purchase. Silent and easy to clean device. The juice is perfect. Only downside: it is VERY difficult to separate the two gray parts for cleaning. Can you give me some advice? Thank you
