Fast delivery, good product

Good company, top products and cheaper than the site I used to buy from before. And they send the packages in several shipments if there are missing items which avoids too much waiting.

Superb product, with top customer service thank you.

I didn't know this company that offered the product I was looking for at a very advantageous price online. Naturally suspicious, I did some research online, reviews, address verification and then I called. I spoke to Mathieu on the phone who informed me very well and satisfactorily answered all my questions. I then bought the product, a non-stick Cristel frying pan that I bought on Monday or Tuesday, I don't remember, and I received it on Thursday with a recipe booklet directly from Cristel. I am therefore one hundred percent satisfied with this company Nouvojour (if not for the anecdote that Cristel, which took six months in 2020 to recondition my frying pan, did it this time in less than a week so I wouldn't have needed this purchase that I will ultimately give to my daughter) Thank you Nouvojour. I chose the free Colissimo shipping and the tracking was perfect: information, precision of the day, information on the delivery time slot and delivery well within this time slot.

Serious company took the time to clearly and completely inform me about a doubt regarding the filtration of the Oïko bottle, which reassured me. The bottle is very practical and I am happy with my purchase which corresponds well to my expectations.

Serious and very responsive company, I had a problem with my order. They responded very quickly and were able to resolve the issue.

Hello - I bought the Hurom H330P extractor. I am delighted first of all with the price (lower than what I found on other sites), then the device is sensational. Silent. Effective. The juices do not need to be filtered (2 different sieves) - And the joy of making sorbets (a treat). Delivery in 5 days. I recommend this website.

Very satisfied

I ordered the hurom 320 extractor: exceptional, a solid deodorant: never found one as effective! Very fast delivery despite the announced shortage of the extractor (barely 1 week!), very serious company; I recommend 100% Thank you very much!
