Hello. A small problem: the very expensive utensils come from China unfortunately. It's very annoying. Thank you for addressing this and making efforts. N.C.

The taste of the water is really delicious! The principle and use are simple. However, you need to press quite hard on the bottle to get the water out. Happy with my purchase I recommend! Just need to experiment over the longer term.

I am completely satisfied with the company Nouveau Jour. Very good responsiveness, quick answers, and accommodating service from start to finish. The delivery also went very well. The only small downside concerns the website: the purchased product was not entirely in line with the presented photos. But despite this, the overall experience remains very positive.

I have been using the Quell filter jug for a year, and I am satisfied with the investment at an affordable price for water filtration. One regret, however, is that it is made of plastic; I will try to upgrade to glass or stainless steel later.

Fast delivery, product conforms and functional, qualitative. The flow rate provided is really very low and well below the 1.3L/minute announced, too bad.
