Internet order delivered quickly without instructions so I had to return to the site to know the procedure. For beginners, average.

I quickly received the 2 pans and the handles. However, for the 2 missing handles, I would have liked to have a message on my BL630402 of 13 10 telling me when I would receive them.

I am happy to have found this type of water filter. Small downside on the closure system of the bottle which is not fixed.

Fast shipping, top communication. Chronopost: too bad! No tracking, the package took 3 days to cover 36 km and it had to be dropped off at a different pickup point than the one I had chosen. Result: no choice of the new pickup point and a delivery 20 minutes by car from my home. Too bad this bad experience spoils my positive opinion on Nouvojour.

For now I haven't used my extractor much but I expected better based on the videos and comments. Nothing to say about the perfect delivery. Let's see over time maybe I'm too demanding...

The Evia carafe does the job, we tested it with and without, it's undeniable for tap water even taste-wise. No more charcoal, obsolete. The spout is a bit wide, could be optimized. The system to block unfiltered water in the upper part could also be optimized so that nothing spills when pouring. Otherwise, the package took its time to arrive. In short, I recommend!

Product conforms to the description, packaging perfect. The only negative point, therefore Nouvojour is not responsible, is the delivery by Mondial Relay to avoid because paying 5.00 euros to be delivered 3 weeks later is really excessive. So choose another delivery service than Mondial Relay.
