Rather good experience, product as described but the delivery was quite long I had to follow up with customer service to find out where my order was and it was delivered to my home and not to the relay point as I had chosen. Fortunately, I was at home. In short, nothing to say about the quality of the product and customer service but the logistics seems a bit chaotic

Very good product, French and not loaded with harmful chemicals. Only downside, one of my products arrived broken.

Beautiful invention, very simple, but essential. Practical, space-saving... all good. Just a bit expensive

Practical but not great in terms of absorption, not suitable for cleaning a table with a glass top for example.

Fairly quick shipping. Contact made following the unavailability of a product; very pleasant. Just missing the wooden spatula to apply the Endro brand deodorant.

Apparently I made a mistake in my order and I would have to pay a shipping fee if I want to return it, which is not convenient for me. This is my little disappointment with Nouvojour. I will keep my product. However, the shipping was fast.
