Thank you to Nurilia for providing me with the supplements I need for a successful pregnancy.

This is the second time I've ordered tetrafolic because my husband and I both have the mthfr gene mutation. It was prescribed to us by the geneticist. They're easy-to-swallow capsules, very well packaged individually and not in a bottle, which I really appreciate. The homocysteine is perfectly down, which was the goal. This product suits us perfectly. Delivery has always been perfect, super fast, I chose chronopost for home delivery and we receive an sms asking us if we are present or if we need to postpone, giving us their time slots.

I learned about this laboratory during an Instagram live chat with Dr. Cohen. The information was very interesting. I then went looking for testimonials and got nothing but positive feedback. So I filled in the free contact form on their website and got back to them very quickly. Initially, I wanted to replace my synthetic folic acid with methylated folic acid, but even if nothing could solve our problem apart from a specialized protocol, I still passed on our background and problems so that we could possibly have supplements to help us along the way. Precise supplements were recommended for me and my partner. In fact, a precise choice is made according to the problems, and there are several specific ranges. I've checked the composition of our recommended products and it's good. I also asked the advice of our PMA center, which told us it was okay. I then asked for more information on daily intake (at what time of day and how for the 3/days) and the answer was very quick. The information is always simple and clear, yet precise. We just started them a few days ago. Delivery was quick. The site is very well structured, everything is clear, fast and precise.

So I regularly order Nurilia products and never had any problems...and on my last order I didn't get the right products. These products are very important for my PMA journey so I can't do without them. I sent 2 messages to report this error and no response. I still paid for products that I couldn't use. I had to place another emergency order...so I had to pay twice for my monthly treatment. I would like to be contacted for a refund.

Very dissatisfied. I wanted delivery to my vacation destination so as not to interrupt the treatment, but it was delivered to my home. In conclusion, I paid a lot for delivery for nothing!

Easy site to order from, clear response to Dr Cohen's form. On the other hand, after-sales service non-existent: 1st order not received: emails and dm insta sent: no return, several calls: no answer. It was still 2 boxes of tetrapholic. I received my 2nd order, no good results for the moment but we continue. Shipping costs for Belgium exorbitant, too bad.
