Products that seem to have a qualitative composition but already several partial and poorly formed tablets in the first pack. Given the already exorbitant price of the products, this is annoying because I had to throw away these tablets not knowing if they contained the right proportions of the different components given their small size. I contacted customer service about this but I never received a response.

I ordered 2 months of treatment at the end of December, I received 2 boxes "best before February". An order of 190€ I would prefer to have fresh products, I wrote on the contact form almost a week ago but I didn't get any answer. I'm disappointed.

Do not work with the Carrefour Villaroy relay point (Guyancourt) as they do not accept parcels and many Guyancourt residents complain that parcels are sent to the Chronopost hub, a 30-minute drive from Guyancourt. Please ban this relay point.

Customer service top After vitamin level it's been over a year since we've taken them and I'm still not pregnant. So I can't say I'm positive about it. It's costing us a lot of money at the moment, that's all... but we're still hoping for our miracle baby 🙏🏻

I've been asked to post a review. I've been using these products for a week, so I don't know how effective they are. There's no such thing as a magic child-bearing capsule, but vitamins can't hurt. The downside is that they didn't reply to the e-mail I sent to find out what to order for my situation, so I bought on the spur of the moment. Too bad

Easy site to order from, clear response to Dr Cohen's form. On the other hand, after-sales service non-existent: 1st order not received: emails and dm insta sent: no return, several calls: no answer. It was still 2 boxes of tetrapholic. I received my 2nd order, no good results for the moment but we continue. Shipping costs for Belgium exorbitant, too bad.
