Too early to judge the product

This is the second time I've ordered tetrafolic because my husband and I both have the mthfr gene mutation. It was prescribed to us by the geneticist. They're easy-to-swallow capsules, very well packaged individually and not in a bottle, which I really appreciate. The homocysteine is perfectly down, which was the goal. The product was fine, but the parquet floor was damaged. Some of the medicines were no longer in their packaging, just in the cardboard box (the deliverymen are not careful with the product).
