The taste is not top-notch
Delivery problem, the parcel never arrived. Very difficult to reach customer service. It took over a month to get a refund: I don't recommend it.

So I regularly order Nurilia products and never had any problems...and on my last order I didn't get the right products. These products are very important for my PMA journey so I can't do without them. I sent 2 messages to report this error and no response. I still paid for products that I couldn't use. I had to place another emergency order...so I had to pay twice for my monthly treatment. I would like to be contacted for a refund.

Very dissatisfied. I wanted delivery to my vacation destination so as not to interrupt the treatment, but it was delivered to my home. In conclusion, I paid a lot for delivery for nothing!

Just a parcel delivery problem, left waiting at the sorting center but top reactive after-sales service, parcel well received afterwards, just for the delay a commercial gesture would have been welcome. Very reactive sales person.

Easy site to order from, clear response to Dr Cohen's form. On the other hand, after-sales service non-existent: 1st order not received: emails and dm insta sent: no return, several calls: no answer. It was still 2 boxes of tetrapholic. I received my 2nd order, no good results for the moment but we continue. Shipping costs for Belgium exorbitant, too bad.

Dr. Cohen is a good listener and very responsive when it comes to infertility issues. I'm delighted to have had him on the phone and completely satisfied with the vitamins he recommended to my husband and me. In 1 phone call from him, I understood everything I hadn't understood in 4 years of trying for a baby and 3 years of pma. So now we're taking our vitamins and hoping for a miracle in the next few months.
The product was listed as available on the site when it wasn't! Reimbursement requested and carried out after several emails and reminders!
