Order error! So waiting for the right product and especially time wasted having to redo packages + send back to the post office + go back to get good delivery... in short, more time by car than by bike... I will order elsewhere!!!

One item was out of stock, reimbursed as "gift card" I cannot access, no response from customer support more than 1 month after asking how to get a refund. The rest of the order was delivered as expected.

Le contenu du pack triathlon maurten xxl décrit sur le site ne correspond pas à ce qui m'a été envoyé. Les 3 gels maurten 160 ont été remplacés par des 3 drink mix 160. Ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé et la différence de prix à l'unité est du double en faveur de nutribay. Je ne suis pas content du tout et j'ai envoyé un mail de protestation sans réponse.

5 stars for Nutri-bay but 0 star for delivery via Mondial Relay. A wide selection of products. Orders always arrive in full. Excellent+++ ! But delivery via Mondial Relay is a disaster. Delivery times vary greatly and are unreliable. I’ve already had to go to a shop to buy (as duplicates of) the entire content of an order that didn’t arrive before a race. I’m afraid this is happening again this week.

La consegna è stata velocissima ma davvero troppo costosa. Quasi 20€ per una consegna a domicilio in Italia è davvero fuori mercato.Fate qualcosa per migliorare questo servizio. La scadenza prodotto indicata al momento dell' acquisto sarebbe un altro plus.

Really happy with the order. Nevertheless, I’m disappointed with the promo code. I had a nice promo code from an athlète, but i could not use it because i already at 5% on the products I was buying. 5% is nothing. I would have preffered to have 15% and not 5%. It’s a pity that we cannot chose between both.

Terrible service, after two weeks I have not received the shipment, I paid for shipping to have it delivered as soon as possible and I have neither received it nor been informed of anything after 15 days, I will not buy from this page again nor do I recommend it.
