the product is in conformity but what is very penalizing is the delivery in relay point !!!!! You don't have any relay point in a city of 50 000 inhabitants but relay points in the countryside at 20 kilometers from the main city........ to be revised urgently

My first experience with this brand! Top opening even with sweaty hands, I liked the side not liquid but between the two, have chewed a little and it does not stick to the teeth, nor too sweet. I am a little disappointed with the freshness of the products, as I received some energy gels and ZERO tablets in October 2022 with some recommended use by dates of February 2023, which is 4 months. I think that some of the products were dated a long time ago.

I just wrote a review saying that the ergonomics of the site was to be reviewed and I just posted it and as I had not re-confirmed my rating (I had put 3 stars) and well my review has been deleted and it must be rewritten. Otherwise nothing to say about the prices / products / delays. Just an annoying site. Come on, a little effort of empathy with your customers and you will be at the top. For the moment there is still work to be done.

I am quite satisfied, the product received corresponded to my order except the BAOUW bar which was delivered to me with bad taste (buckwheat-cajou-olive instead of blueberry-fir bud-etc), otherwise the surprise product allows to discover new products at lower cost. I would recommend products on your site in the future. PS: a little annoying to pay the French shipping costs for a delivery in Moselle.
