La consegna è stata velocissima ma davvero troppo costosa. Quasi 20€ per una consegna a domicilio in Italia è davvero fuori mercato.Fate qualcosa per migliorare questo servizio. La scadenza prodotto indicata al momento dell' acquisto sarebbe un altro plus.

Really happy with the order. Nevertheless, I’m disappointed with the promo code. I had a nice promo code from an athlète, but i could not use it because i already at 5% on the products I was buying. 5% is nothing. I would have preffered to have 15% and not 5%. It’s a pity that we cannot chose between both.

Mom colis a été déposé dans un point relais à 10km de mon domicile, un endroit où même les bus ne vont pas. Il est possible que ce soit Mondial Relais? Les produits correspondent à mes attentes.

Le système de distribution Mondial Relay devrait être actualisé. J’ai un dépôt à 100m et je dois faire plus de 8 kms pour récupérer le colis.

Un gel avait percé dans le colis . Les paquets collaient entre eux. Bref pas génial 🥲. Avant cet envoi, tout a toujours été parfait. C’est un accident qui peut arriver.

But the delivery times do not match the specifications, for me it's a no-go, as I had to rely on these guidelines due to traveling. Despite a buffer of 2 days (+), the delivery was missed to a hotel. Perhaps they should reconsider their collaboration with GLS 😉

Received a pack of 8 beet it Regen shoot , one of them wasn’t seal anymore (has been opened) and has leak in the package.

Order was okay, delivery not too much, delivery fees are too high for the service provided.

L un des gels a été percé lors du conditionnement et pas lors du transport puisque le carton était intact mais a l intérieur le gel s'est reparti dans l ensemble du carton. D autre part les dates limites de consommation sont pour ce coup très courte notamment en ce qui concerne certaines barres. Ça n est pas la première fois que je commande sur nutribay, mais c'est la première fois que je suis aussi mécontent du service ... 🤬

Bons produits, prix corrects, en revanche un peu déçu des DLU (dates limites d’utilisation de certaines barres qui sont de moins de 6 mois pour certaines et d’un an pour d’autres ( sur un même produit juste le parfum diffère). Ça n’est pas très grave mais c’est à noter. 😉

The product is in conformity but what is very penalizing is the delivery in relay point !!!!! You don't have any relay point in a city of 50 000 inhabitants but relay points in the countryside at 20 kilometers from the main city........ to be revised urgently

I am a little disappointed with the freshness of the products, as I received some energy gels and ZERO tablets in October 2022 with some recommended use by dates of February 2023, which is 4 months. I think that some of the products were dated a long time ago.

I just wrote a review saying that the ergonomics of the site was to be reviewed and I just posted it and as I had not re-confirmed my rating (I had put 3 stars) and well my review has been deleted and it must be rewritten. Otherwise nothing to say about the prices / products / delays. Just an annoying site. Come on, a little effort of empathy with your customers and you will be at the top. For the moment there is still work to be done.

Hello, I ordered a batch of 8 bars (Baouw). Unfortunately one of the bars was open (at the end, about 2cm), with some product that had "leaked" and dried at the closure. One of the bars also has a rather short use-by date, but that's less serious. For a first order, it's rather disappointing. Too bad, because the little note on the box and the sample chocolates were very nice.
