Cereal bars are convenient for travel and are definitely filling. Nougat, coffee, figs and vanilla are the best. Red fruits remind us of malabars, not so good. Not very sweet so not sickening. The crackers are not great and as caloric as a real slice of wholemeal bread, so disappointing. I only use the pure milk serum elixir with skimmed milk and cold decaffeinated coffee, which puts the cup at around 100kcal and does not warm up in winter without filling you up. I don't understand why the boxes are so big either, since the 300g sold only fill half of them.

It is an extraordinary product: I had quite a few joint pains which have disappeared and on all levels I feel better. My husband even found that my skin looked younger!
