Package not received and no reply to our e-mails Scandalous

i ordered a cable for a child's nightlight but it was the wrong cable. i contacted the seller by e mail in order to return it and be reimbursed but no action was taken! so i have a cable in my hands that i don't need.

Not entirely satisfied, a pink rabbit lights up very badly compared to the orange one and it doesn't light up anymore after the 2nd recharge!

Our children love rabbits Olala but we are at our 5th purchase, it starts to make. They are not very resistant.

The ordered lamp didn't work (it happens), so the person for whom it was intended reported it. She was then asked to make a video to prove it! Practical for a young mother...

Unusable items after 6 months

I bought 2 night lights, one of which did not work when I arrived. I had already bought 3 of them a while ago and now only one of the 3 works! Too disappointed!
