Always very happy with the products ordered from Packéos! However, there was a problem with the GLS carrier delivery. When I ordered on the site, it was supposed to be DPD but the delivery was made by GLS... The order was supposed to be delivered to my home, I received an email stating that the package could not be delivered because there was an error in my address. On the GLS website, I therefore changed the delivery location by choosing the GLS depot which avoids any problems related to my address and is easier to manage with my working days. My husband then went to the GLS depot to pick up the package. The person at the reception informed him that the package was not at the depot but had been delivered to my home... My husband explained the situation to this person indicating that we had made a change to the delivery location. On the way back, my husband received a call from our neighbor, informing him that someone had rung his intercom without waiting for my neighbor to come down (not even knowing if my neighbor was present!!!) and left the package in front of the building door facing the road and without us being able to check the condition of the package! Moreover, the box was damaged and the cardboard soles had the corners crushed! This return does not place any blame on the Packéos site which I highly recommend, but I want to alert them about the delivery conditions of their GLS carrier whose delivery changes were not respected and the way the delivery person proceeded. I also thank my neighbor for being there because anyone could have taken the box that was left outside like that in front of the door (in the city center)! Even if it was just cardboard packaging, it was worth 60 euros and there was an urgent need for services!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we are doing our best to avoid stock shortages, unfortunately, our suppliers are lacking raw materials such as cardboard or plastic to produce. The delays are extended and lead to shortages. Regarding the shipping costs on the website, these are directly the rates of our carriers. Hello, With the current situation, our suppliers are having a lot of trouble producing the items we usually offer on the site. Prices fluctuate and availability varies, which is why we have to adapt very regularly. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. In order to simplify your experience on Packeos, we will have a new website in a few weeks that will add new features such as restock alerts on out-of-stock products. These will remain visible on the site so you can always know what we can normally offer. A new GLS carrier will appear at the same time as the new version of the site. This one specializes in what is called mono and multi-parcel, in other words, everything that is not a pallet. If you wish, I invite you to select this carrier instead of Kuehne-Nagel, which specializes in pallet shipping. We have been testing with GLS for a few weeks and we have generally received good feedback. This could be a solution for you. We remain at your disposal if you have other needs.
