Very good and very responsive after-sales service in case of problems.

I give a score of 5 for the after-sales service. Indeed, despite an error in delivery (I would give a score of 0 for the carrier), the online service was top-notch. Very quick response and instant exchange by email. It makes all the difference when you take care of the problem and resolve it quickly. I will continue my packaging purchases at Pakeos despite the poor delivery service.

In mid-December, I ordered transparent bags. Since the shipping costs are quite significant, I added soles for logs. Without even asking for my opinion, I received an email saying that my soles were shipped but that the bags (which I absolutely needed) would be refunded because they were out of stock. If I had received a little message beforehand about the availability of the bags, I would not have ordered. Anyway. I also add that once I sent a message to Pakeos, they indicated that it was an automatic email and that if I wanted, I could keep the remaining bags (which I did) but that the bags would not be available until January and even then. Strangely, the famous bags were shipped the next day. I was a bit angry but the Pakeos service reacted quickly anyway.

It is mentioned that the soles are 1 cm shorter than the log boxes, however once received; The soles do not fit into the boxes!
I had sent an email before placing the order, but I never received a response. Moreover, customer service should have seen for themselves that my order did not match.

Satisfied with the products although the delivery via the DPD carrier was very long. I had to contact them 3 times to find out where my order was. Supposedly a lack of delivery address information (which was not the case!), then they told me that the order had been postponed to the next day, as requested, when
I had not yet contacted them!
Anyway, my packaging arrived at the last minute, due to DPD.

No issues, responsive and helpful customer service. The only downside is that the delivery person has delivered the pallet to the neighbors twice. Not a big deal, it doesn't deserve to lower the rating but if possible to address this with them..
