Hello, Delivery to a pickup point is possible within a limit of 18kg and when the products are not too bulky. We had to set this limit to prevent pickup points from refusing packages due to lack of space in particular. Big problem during delivery. My package was supposedly presented at my home. I was supposedly absent but I was present because I work from home. Then it was noted as "pending" for a week. I had to call to be told that since they didn't have my phone number or any of my contact details my package was BLOCKED. I was delivered the next day but if I hadn't called it would still be at their warehouse. No issue with the merchandise itself but a big delivery problem.
