I am told that to be delivered in cardboard, you need an order of 99kg max, so I complicate my life by making 2 orders and unfortunately they end up being delivered on a pallet (easy in the city center). Then I specify to deliver before 11am in the morning because otherwise the seller is all alone and of course, I am delivered at 3pm..... thank you

The last two times I ordered, I was missing one item (out of stock), so I have to wait and reorder while paying the shipping fees again, which are very high just for one item.
