When placing an order, we do not have the possible date for pickup on site.
Having never been on site, I had difficulties finding the location (no sign) for package pickup. It would be easier to say that you are a subsidiary of Schneider and that the depot is located next door. Very satisfied with the quality-price ratio of the products.

When you choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Colmar, we specify that the average pickup time is 24 hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive an automatic email indicating our hours, namely 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm from Monday to Friday.
When you are on Mittlerweg street, you can normally see our orange sign "Packeos" located above the door of our warehouse.

At first, no problem. All my orders arrived on time with top-notch delivery.
But for my last 4 orders, that was no longer the case. Huge delivery problem or even no delivery due to an address that was either incomplete or nonexistent, whereas until then the delivery person had always found my street. I then contact customer service who tells me they will do what is necessary but nothing. Still no delivery or delivery to a neighbor with the package left behind a bush (it was raining that day so the goods were damaged) until the day I had to threaten. It's sad to get to that point. I add that before the threats there were several email exchanges but they went unanswered. In any case, I will not order from Packeos again. Too bad because the quality of the goods is top-notch. I would just add that DPD is really acting in bad faith.
