The site is very good, the products are at very competitive prices. The only downside is the shipping costs, this has already been noted by other customers in their comments. Advice: Try to find a cheaper carrier and you will gain even more customers.

After a small payment issue quickly resolved following a message, my order was prepared immediately. Nothing to complain about. But where it gets tricky... is finding Packeos on the street! You have to ask around (when they know)! Apparently, I was not the first in this case.
I think it would be advisable to put up a sign and everything would be perfect!

The site is good but the delivery time (10 days from Sunday to Wednesday) is way too long. Mazet transports sent a text on Tuesday for the following week, but there was no delivery at the scheduled time. After a call on Tuesday evening, I was delivered the next day with a torn box in a truck where the boxes were upside down.

The ordered products are very good. Quick handling by Packeos but ... I am not satisfied with the delivery. Paying over 20€ and being delivered to my neighbors because there was no email, no text, or phone call from the carrier to inform about the delivery!

The delivery was catastrophic, we lost several half days waiting for the carrier and many hours on the phone with the often unreachable platform.
Moreover, when opening the pallet, many boxes were damaged due to the carrier (at the bottom of the pallet) and to Packeos during the preparation of the pallet (photos available)
Furthermore, many boxes were damaged during the unpacking of the goods, this was due to the carrier and to the placement of the boxes during palletization.

Overall your pricing offer is very well positioned, but the shipping calculation ends up considerably reducing the gap with your competitors. Too bad...
