I am sorry that there was this weight difference but I want to point out that it does not change the shipping costs present on the site as we operate by weight brackets, for now the brackets are from 1 to 15kg, and from 15 to 22kg by DPD. Was your order damaged upon delivery? For orders under 100kg, you have the option to choose parcel delivery, which prevents the carrier from leaving the pallet on the sidewalk. Please note that the driver is within his rights when he leaves the pallet in front of your address. French law allows him to do so.
