Unfortunately, the delivery service "gls" is really not good. With every order, I have a problem retrieving my package. Either the chosen relay point no longer accepts gls packages or the package does not fit in the locker. This is the second time I have had to go pick up my package in a different department than mine. An express delivery turns into a 10-day delivery. Please do something. Not to mention the Packeos fees which are way too high.

Response from Packeos
Hello, The Packeos team thanks you for taking the time to leave a comment about your experience with us. The boxes used by our preparers are standard sizes, they do not necessarily have intermediate sizes for less bulky shipments than usual. However, some filling must have been added inside to prevent the products from moving inside the box. Looking forward to working with you again. Hello, The Packeos team thanks you for taking the time to leave a comment about your experience with us. Customer satisfaction being our main goal, we are delighted when we see good comments on our site. Regarding delivery, relay points do not accept multiple packages for a single order. That is why we contacted you during the preparation of your order to deliver it directly to your home. It can also happen that the packages of an order are separated during the filling of the transporters' vans. They do their best to deliver as quickly as possible to as many people as possible for everyone's satisfaction. We look forward to working with you again.
