I order from China, I have no fees (not even delivery) to pay.
I live in the same department as the company and they charge me 15 euros for delivery.
If I go to the company's headquarters, they charge me more than 2 euros in fees.

Hello,
As you can see on our site, we have chosen to offer the lowest possible prices for our products. The shipping costs you see on the site correspond to the rates of our carriers. Regarding the €2.40 fee for on-site pickup, we believe it is fair to apply it to cover the preparation cost.
Having items delivered is never free, no carrier works for free, we have simply chosen not to hide these shipping costs in the margins of our products.

I wanted to inform you that with each order placed, I note the opening and closing hours of the store for the delivery person, and every time, he comes during our closing hours; on his receipt: the hours are never indicated. Can you pass this information to the delivery service so that our goods are finally delivered during our opening hours?

Very satisfied with the product, fast delivery, one downside is the shipping costs. Had to order a large quantity to offset them. Paying €15 for a package worth €10, we need to think about finding a solution, unless this is intentional!!
