I recommend Packeos. The online chat is very responsive. Orders are fulfilled seriously.
Only downside: the product descriptions are not always very clear... but I am sure they will be able to improve it!

We deliver to individuals in our network of pickup points. The maximum weight accepted by the pickup points is 18kg. This limit exists to prevent them from refusing packages due to volume and weight.

Easy navigation, this delivery was very fast. Too bad to always have to keep the transport pallet, to be reviewed with your carrier. Delivery cost is always expensive.

If your order is less than 100kg, you have the option to choose delivery by carton. This can save you from having to keep a pallet with each delivery.

I placed an order in my daughter's name so she could pick it up, as I was unable to move. Unfortunately, the order was put in my name, and when my daughter wanted to pick up the order at the pickup point, the lady never wanted to give her the package, which I understand very well. I receive an email telling me that the ordered items are out of stock, then I am told that the order is at the pickup point, I contact them, they tell me they have nothing, meanwhile you have deducted the money from the corresponding invoice and I do not have my goods. Good practical site and easy to access. BE CAREFUL with the delivery. I didn't sign anything, the package was set aside because the store didn't know who to give it to. I could have not been the recipient, I could have said I didn't receive it, they could have kept it too.
