Easy navigation, this delivery was very fast. Too bad to always have to keep the transport pallet, to be reviewed with your carrier. Delivery cost is always expensive.

If your order is less than 100kg, you have the option to choose delivery by carton. This can save you from having to keep a pallet with each delivery.

I placed an order in my daughter's name so she could pick it up, as I was unable to move. Unfortunately, the order was put in my name, and when my daughter wanted to pick up the order at the pickup point, the lady never wanted to give her the package, which I understand very well. I receive an email telling me that the ordered items are out of stock, then I am told that the order is at the pickup point, I contact them, they tell me they have nothing, meanwhile you have deducted the money from the corresponding invoice and I do not have my goods. I think there is a big misunderstanding in your company. Too bad I like your packaging. Don't forget, the shipping costs are way too high? I hope to still have good news about my order soon.

Good practical site and easy to access. BE CAREFUL with the delivery. I didn't sign anything, the package was set aside because the store didn't know who to give it to. I could have not been the recipient, I could have said I didn't receive it, they could have kept it too.

Very disappointed with this new order identical to the previous one from last year. The quality of the plastic has really decreased, making it very difficult to put the lids on the small jars. The small jars barely "wrinkle" when you press to put the lid on.

We deliver to certain countries in Europe and some islands close to the coasts. Unfortunately, you are located more than 3500km from our warehouse, and the carrier added additional fees of several hundred euros to deliver to you. That is why we had to cancel your order.

We cannot increase the weight of deliveries to relay points because otherwise they refuse the packages. Beyond a certain weight and volume, relay points have the right to refuse delivery. That is why we have set this limit of 18kg maximum.
