Was your order damaged upon delivery? For orders under 100kg, you have the option to choose parcel delivery, which prevents the carrier from leaving the pallet on the sidewalk. Please note that the driver is within his rights when he leaves the pallet in front of your address. French law allows him to do so. This one specializes in what is called mono and multi-parcel, in other words, everything that is not a pallet. If you wish, I invite you to select this carrier instead of Kuehne-Nagel, which specializes in pallet shipping.
