The site is clear except for the delivery where I didn't immediately understand that over 18 kg it was impossible to get delivered so I removed an item from my order. For the preparation of the package, the box arrived a bit damaged so in my opinion not sturdy enough.

Hello. Very dissatisfied with my order. Indeed, when ordering 5000 sauce pots I do not understand why you do not include the lids. Moreover, I ordered five boxes of Craft salad pots and received an invoice for five, refunding four. Normal, you might say. However, it would be very wise to receive an email when you have a restock. I also think you should change carriers, the one you currently have is terrible. The site states that it is delivered in three to four working days, for my part I have never been delivered before a week and a half, and for the last one, two weeks. Out of the seven or eight orders I have had, each time a box was broken. No return but still. Finally. When I call to get 5000 cutlery for salad pots that I did not receive and I am told that the cutlery will be sent at your expense, unfortunately for me I receive the lids with 20€ shipping costs and additionally deducted from my account. I never gave authorization for a deduction. Indeed, I have always paid by credit card. Unacceptable. Three to four times more expensive than Colissimo. Delivery after four days too.... Here it is. Here is my evaluation, as much as the first order was very good, in the span of six months it has become very very very unpleasant to keep for my part. Delivered 13 days after the order date.
The pickup point refused my package because the sender did not stick the label.
I finally received a wrong package today with only small plastic bags.
This is a big mistake!!
Customer service still does not answer the phone.

information about the log box soles.
It is mentioned that the soles are 1 cm shorter than the log boxes, however once received; The soles do not fit into the boxes!
I had sent an email before placing the order, but I never received a response. Moreover, customer service should have seen for themselves that my order did not match.

Satisfied with the products although the delivery via the DPD carrier was very long. I had to contact them 3 times to find out where my order was. Supposedly a lack of delivery address information (which was not the case!), then they told me that the order had been postponed to the next day, as requested, when
I had not yet contacted them!
Anyway, my packaging arrived at the last minute, due to DPD.

First deficient shipment, problem with the carrier.
Second shipment well managed.
Good quality bags, I recommend.

Big problem with the carrier DPD, unscrupulous. Packeos reacted very well and did everything possible to resolve the issue.

Delivery at J+9, delivery people in flip-flops, deadlines validated with Kuehne Nagel not respected, delivery arrived at 5:30 PM when marked as urgent.
