The carrier showed up in front of my building without ringing the doorbell knowing that my husband was waiting for him. He claimed to have rung but did not do so.
I find that unacceptable knowing that I pay for the transport.
Please escalate this incident to GLS.
I am waiting for my package hoping it is not damaged.

Occasional client for over 8 years, this site is impeccable. To take a little time: the site is clear, the prices are unbeatable, last purchase: simple pastry boxes but they do the job. The delivery was quick (3 or 4 days, I can't remember). In short, you rock the Packeos team!

I am very happy with the quality/price ratio of the pastry boxes. However, the packaging box was in very poor condition upon arrival from the delivery person, and in my opinion too weak for the weight of the order.
