Honestly, everything should be put on a pallet if not top or put boxes to separate the boxes with the bags, delivery service 0 because to put a pallet in front of the shop in the middle of service

Hello, We have chosen to protect our pallets with thick cardboard boxes in addition to strapping. All our products are also packaged in boxes or wrapped in plastic according to the suppliers. Was your order damaged upon delivery? For orders under 100kg, you have the option to choose parcel delivery, which prevents the carrier from leaving the pallet on the sidewalk. Please note that the driver is within his rights when he leaves the pallet in front of your address. French law allows him to do so. However, I can still pass the information to the carrier so that he is more vigilant in the future.
