I had to fight with your delivery person to agree on an appointment ... he proposed a delivery window of 3 to 4 hours!! Even EDF today no longer practices such a thing.

The delivery was catastrophic, we lost several half days waiting for the carrier and many hours on the phone with the often unreachable platform.
Moreover, when opening the pallet, many boxes were damaged due to the carrier (at the bottom of the pallet) and to Packeos during the preparation of the pallet (photos available)
Furthermore, many boxes were damaged during the unpacking of the goods, this was due to the carrier and to the placement of the boxes during palletization.

very good partner, fast and always delivers without damage! The only small downside is that invoices are no longer printable from the site and are sent directly by email, but the amount does not match the amount deducted from the bank account (a cent difference every time) which causes problems at the accounting level... to be reviewed
