Hello, We are currently updating all the weights and volumes of our items to match reality as closely as possible. Adding the volume will also allow us to know the number of packages or pallets in advance for an order. This will facilitate the transport of goods. I am sorry that there was this weight difference but I want to point out that it does not change the shipping costs present on the site as we operate by weight brackets, for now the brackets are from 1 to 15kg, and from 15 to 22kg by DPD. In a few weeks we will be working with a new carrier GLS and the brackets will be indicated kilo by kilo to better adjust the transport costs. Regarding the site, correct for product choice. For the choice of delivery location, the home delivery option is not easy to determine. I was offered a relay point that refused the package (Casino St Jean de Maurienne (73) then a second one that also refused. Intervention by email to have a home delivery. Delivery providers need to be reviewed.

It happens that some pickup points refuse packages when they have little space left, this does not necessarily depend on the carriers. Hello, We have chosen to protect our pallets with thick cardboard boxes in addition to strapping. All our products are also packaged in boxes or wrapped in plastic according to the suppliers. Was your order damaged upon delivery? For orders under 100kg, you have the option to choose parcel delivery, which prevents the carrier from leaving the pallet on the sidewalk. Please note that the driver is within his rights when he leaves the pallet in front of your address. French law allows him to do so. Always very happy with the products ordered from Packéos! However, there was a problem with the GLS carrier delivery. When I ordered on the site, it was supposed to be DPD but the delivery was made by GLS... The order was supposed to be delivered to my home, I received an email stating that the package could not be delivered because there was an error in my address. On the GLS website, I therefore changed the delivery location by choosing the GLS depot which avoids any problems related to my address and is easier to manage with my working days. My husband then went to the GLS depot to pick up the package. The person at the reception informed him that the package was not at the depot but had been delivered to my home... My husband explained the situation to this person indicating that we had made a change to the delivery location. On the way back, my husband received a call from our neighbor, informing him that someone had rung his intercom without waiting for my neighbor to come down (not even knowing if my neighbor was present!!!) and left the package in front of the building door facing the road and without us being able to check the condition of the package! Moreover, the box was damaged and the cardboard soles had the corners crushed! This return does not place any blame on the Packéos site which I highly recommend, but I want to alert them about the delivery conditions of their GLS carrier whose delivery changes were not respected and the way the delivery person proceeded. I also thank my neighbor for being there because anyone could have taken the box that was left outside like that in front of the door (in the city center)! Even if it was just cardboard packaging, it was worth 60 euros and there was an urgent need for services!
