The quality-price ratio is great. The packaging products fit perfectly. But as always, the delivery goes wrong. This time our package arrived in bulk, exploded cartons, some completely unpacked, to be picked up in the truck.

Thank you for your feedback, we are now reporting all orders with a delivery issue directly to our sales manager at Kuehne Nagel so that he can find the cause of the defective deliveries himself.

I understand your point of view, please know that we are doing our best to always offer our products throughout the year on our site. The shortages of raw materials that suppliers have been experiencing for over a year now are delaying the deliveries of food packaging. There have not been enough cartons, plastics, or papers produced in recent months.

The site is clear except for the delivery where I didn't immediately understand that over 18 kg it was impossible to get delivered so I removed an item from my order. For the preparation of the package, the box arrived a bit damaged so in my opinion not sturdy enough.
