In mid-December, I ordered transparent bags. Since the shipping costs are quite significant, I added soles for logs. Without even asking for my opinion, I received an email saying that my soles were shipped but that the bags (which I absolutely needed) would be refunded because they were out of stock. If I had received a little message beforehand about the availability of the bags, I would not have ordered. Anyway. I also add that once I sent a message to Pakeos, they indicated that it was an automatic email and that if I wanted, I could keep the remaining bags (which I did) but that the bags would not be available until January and even then. Strangely, the famous bags were shipped the next day. I was a bit angry but the Pakeos service reacted quickly anyway.

Satisfied with the products although the delivery via the DPD carrier was very long. I had to contact them 3 times to find out where my order was. Supposedly a lack of delivery address information (which was not the case!), then they told me that the order had been postponed to the next day, as requested, when
I had not yet contacted them!
Anyway, my packaging arrived at the last minute, due to DPD.

Good quality bags, I recommend.

The order went well. The site is clear. But upon receiving the delivery, it's another story... a torn and damp package, luckily the damage is minor. Too bad. Note for later to take care of deliveries.

Package arrived damaged, fortunately nothing was broken inside.

High shipping costs

I would have given 5 stars if the shipping costs were not €15, at a relay point, for a light and small package.

Delivery box exploded

The packaging box arrived very damaged. The boxes were not affected but we prefer to inform you for future orders.

I am disappointed I received my package crushed damaged but pastry box is crushed I am seriously disgusted

After a week's delay in delivery I contacted Packeos the company reacted quickly to deliver me the next day thank you very much

perfect! a very wide choice but exorbitant shipping costs.

The ordered products are very good. Only small downside, delivery to the pickup point is not possible, you have to go pick up the package at the carrier's warehouse, nothing serious, everything went well. Thank you.

Everything is always very good except that we should be notified when the package is delivered

I ordered 10x25 boxes and received 9x25. Did not open the box upon delivery, no complaint. Best regards

Big problem with the carrier DPD, unscrupulous. Packeos reacted very well and did everything possible to resolve the issue.

Delivery at J+9, delivery people in flip-flops, deadlines validated with Kuehne Nagel not respected, delivery arrived at 5:30 PM when marked as urgent.

good, serious site! Delivery time a bit long for home delivery... in relay, the time is good but a bit expensive!

Big problem during delivery. My package was supposedly presented at my home. I was supposedly absent but I was present because I work from home. Then it was noted as "pending" for a week. I had to call to be told that since they didn't have my phone number or any of my contact details my package was BLOCKED. I was delivered the next day but if I hadn't called it would still be at their warehouse. No issue with the merchandise itself but a big delivery problem.

Well-structured site. The products are not of top quality. Everything is relative of course...

I received my order well the box was crushed but it did not affect the boxes I ordered the delivery people should be more careful with the orders
