big problem with the delivery. I had to call the delivery person several times. I was finally told that due to a technical problem!!! my package was damaged. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the carrier regarding delivery. Only you can choose the pickup point, which is why you must have placed a new order. The payment cancellation was made a few minutes after the order was created. As promised by phone, the refund of the shipping costs for your previous order as a goodwill gesture was made on the afternoon of the same day, that is to say, December 5th. The refund should normally appear in your bank account. The proof of the refund was sent to you by email following your response on the 5th at 1:55 PM.
