Hello, Thank you for your feedback, I will pass the information to our carrier. However, the law in France allows the delivery person to leave your pallet at your doorstep. If he brings your order inside himself and damages something that belongs to you, he is held responsible and the carrier's insurance will not cover it. Unfortunately, this is why some drivers refuse to take this risk. If you wish, you can select the GLS carrier for your future orders, as they deliver all orders under 100kg in cardboard.
