As a professional, you have the option to have your order delivered to the address of your choice via DPD or Mazet, or you can choose to have it delivered to a pickup point by selecting the transport mode: "Here-Pickup". This is the second option you chose when validating your order.
I sent you an email on August 20 to see if you wanted me to cancel this order, unfortunately, I did not receive a response from you, which is why your order was delivered to the pickup point.
I invite you to select the DPD carrier or the Mazet carrier for your next order to have it delivered to your store address.

We have set a weight limit of 18kg for individuals because the relay points refuse parcels that are too heavy or too bulky. If you have the possibility to have it delivered to an address easily accessible for a carrier, we can deliver there. In this case, you will no longer have a weight limit or product limit.
