This is the first time I ordered, quite long delay (3 weeks, let's just say you need to plan ahead) and a part of a product missing upon delivery. Otherwise, careful shipping and products faithful to the description and of good quality for very reasonable prices!

The prices are worth it but the after-sales service leaves something to be desired: impossible to ask a question directly, there is never anyone... interesting products are removed from their ranges without us knowing why. I asked questions but got no response... meh!
